Are pets allowed?

Dogs are welcome to stay at Cosmo Motel Adamstown subject to application, management approval and additional fees.

All dog stay applications are subject to a pre-arrival assessment which will be subject to the management's review and acceptance of the booking.

Service animals are allowed by prior arrangement.

Animals are not permitted on the property if they are not declared, applied for and accepted. Undeclared animals could result in being asked to leave without refund.

Is a Deposit Required?

A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The amount of the deposit will generally be equal to the first night accommodation charge. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel your booking or fail to turn up for checkin.

Depending on the circumstances, we may allow you to transfer your deposit to another booking.
